Blocks Done

I had most of the blocks done for the green and yellow quilt when I pulled it out this afternoon.  This evening I finished up enough for a 7 x 11 setting. I was going for 7 by 9, but Kurt thought it should be longer.   With a 6 inch block, that is 42 by 66 before borders.  I'm not sure what I have for a border, but a yellow and green print would be nice I think.  I'm still playing with the block arrangement a bit, but I'm going for a general V type of design.

Sorry that these quilt blocks may mean another cancer quilt.....
My first reaction when I saw the picture was...."She's secretively a Packer fan!!" Go Green and Gold! ;0)

I like the simplicity; love the diagonal runs.

What a lovely gift! Brings to mind the old saying "She who sleeps under a quilt sleeps under a blanket of love." How can your friend NOT feel better?

So sorry to hear about your coworker but I'll bet they'll love to snuggle under this quilt. Love the new washer and dryer.... looks so similar to mine except for all the dust on mine.

It looks great! And for such a good cause. I hope it winds up being "get well soon."
