Slow Sircle Sunday

Nothing is better than slow stitching on a Sunday.  Especially on the first Sunday of Summer break.  What a great feeling to sit and stitch and think about the lazy days to come.  Maybe not too lazy, with summer workshops and camps and miscellaneous busyness, but it is such a nice change from the usual school schedule.  I sat and stitched five pink circles while streaming Madam Secretary on Netflix.  I know that May is a green month this year, but I think that all the green circle are done.  Just two more months worth of circles until last years block a day quilt is finished!  Better slow than never I alway say.  Hope you are enjoying your slowdown Sunday too.  Be sure to head over to Kathy's Quilts to see what everyone else is up to.

  1. So glad you got to settle in with some relaxing slow stitching. Hope you have an enjoyable summer off.

  2. You are doing well, if you only have 2 more months worth of circles for your 2016 Quilty 365 project. Mine never even got started!!

  3. So glad you have some time to enjoy some hand stitching!
Slow is WAY better than never!!

  4. Sounds like a great way to enjoy your Sunday morning.

  5. Sounds like you are already enjoying your summer.
