Just two more red Saturdays to go and I find I'm wanting to start too many projects based on red inspirations from last week. I've got these red crumbs pulled out that were leftover from something else. I think I'll turn a few into a place-mat today.
I've managed to pick up a cold from being back at school, so OJ and a nap are also high on the list for the day. Use the linkup below to show off you own progress.

Take care of you.. a nap and lots of liquids. Hope you feel better soon. Can't wait to see the placemat.

ReplyDeleteYou get better. Just a quick note. I try to make comments to many of my fellow red scrappers today but at least two of the blogs will not let me leave a comment today. Good job every one I love see what you are doing at the same time as me.
ReplyDeleteI am a new player but I like the idea. I have done a Circle of Geese from my scrap basket and cheated a little to do 2 Bento Box blocks from my stash (rather than my scraps)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the challenge!
Celine
I hope you get to feeling better. Yes, OJ and a nap will help. My DH and my little granddaughter have both been sick this week. My GD had strep and my husband has a head cold. Both are not alot of fun to be around when they are sick. We are using Lysol and clorox wipes and cleaning everything as we go...Get better soon, you got to be healthy to sew. Have fun with your scraps.
ReplyDeleteI'm so excited about joining today! Thanks for hosting the challenge again this year. I look forward to sharing my projects and getting inspired by others.
ReplyDeleteHope you're feeling better soon.
Get rid of that cold. We have many people sick in our small community. I guess it is that time of year. And of course kids love to bring it to school. I added a link to the red and white scrappy Jacob's Ladder quilt top. As with many things it is a work in progress. Joanne
ReplyDeleteI love all your work and seeing what everyone has been up to!
ReplyDeleteI'm thoroughly enjoying all the rainbow scrappiness - thanks for hosting and providing the spark!
ReplyDeleteHi Angela...I'm joining again this year. Take care of yourself and feel better.
ReplyDeleteI'm new here but love the idea of using my scraps and am always looking for something new. Thanks for the opportunity.
ReplyDeleteI am late posting - but I guess better late than never!
ReplyDeleteHad a busy weekend so I'm a little late posting. Still can't load my picture. Sorry!
ReplyDeleteHope you are feeling better soon. I'm a newbie to this challenge and had a few "challenges" putting my picture in, but finally success, yay! This made me realise just how few reds I work with, lol. Has also given me some inspiration to make a memory quilt in honour of my late mum. Thanks for doing this - I'm having fun :0).
