I posted a link but am not sure if this will count as the Blue challenge.....is this where we post our Blue challenge? Thanks! If I'm not to post here please delete it.
I just posted on my blog about my start with the scrappy challenge and then did my bit with Mr Linky - hope it works as I am a novice at this stuff - but is sure is fun learning!
I haven't blogged about my scrappy stuff that I've been doing yet, will do more tomorrow. So far I've separated out colors and cut some squares from scraps. :) Not a whole lot to blog about yet.
Hey dear! Well, I didn't actually SEW anything for the RSC, BUT I thought about it while getting my first finish of the year :0) I posted about those thoughts :0)
This is a good idea. Yesterday I went through everyone on your list to see if they'd got started and it took rather a long time! This will work much better.
Me again, just trimmed up the blocks I have made so far for teh Rainbow Challenge. Now trying to decide the next step.....I think I will sleep on it. Happy stitching!
I didn't try to post a link, but I wanted to let you know that unless you become a 'member' of the Mr Linky site, you can only have one of the Mr Linky things on your blog at a time. I lost a few of them until I realized this. And with a $5 donation, all is right with the world again. lol
I posted a link (I think!!). I used a lot of blue scraps in this one, it was just before the program started, does it still count?? ;) I may do a blue bargello table runner if I have enough blues left, but I'm my blue scraps are really starting to wear a little thin.
I worked on my blue mug rug Saturday but finally finished it Sunday afternoon. I did get a few more things done too and I'm now in the mood to get some things done. Thanks for the jump start. I love the Scrappy Saturday idea. Hugs.
I confess that I didn't do anything scrappy on 1-1-11, but I did start sorting and cutting and sewing some blue scraps tonight and posted a link to my work, in progress.
I'm new at this *commenting* thing and may be in Mr Linky twice - once with a link to an incorrect post. That link goes to where I first discussed the Rainbow Challenge. Sorry! The correct link goes to my almost-scrappy top. I don't think I'm listed as a participant, but would like to be as this is a fun challenge. Thank you.
I put up a link to my UFO update post on Jan. 5. There are a lot of blue scraps in one, and some in the other, but it will also have a navy blue star border. This Saturday, I'm looking at my blue civil war fabrics left from other projects and thinking about making something scrappy.
