I showed Mom the adorable stitchery patterns that were suggested after my last post and she chose these sweet BOMs from Little Miss Shabby. I traced a few out onto fabric and she settled down yesterday to start stitching away. Her plan is for her to stitch out enough blocks so that I can set them into a quilt for her. Best of all, it kept her busy and happy for an entire day and we are now one day more past her surgery. Each day gets better as she gets stronger and healtier. Pathology results came back today and they were all excellent.
