Finishing one project always gives you license to think about the others. I think maybe I'll try to finish the RRCB blocks this morning. All the pieces are done, it is just a matter of attaching all the triangle parts to the edges of the center parts. I've got a backlog of binding to hand sew, but I'm saving it for the next long car trip. I think I've also still got the little pink nine patches ready to load onto the frame. So many projects, so few hours on the weekend.
you are thinking about the next project..............I am just dying to know the next colour...........have i mentioned that i don't do suspence well! and yes I used to poke the parcels under the chrsitmas tree too.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great feeling, eh? Now you can dream about "what's next"! ENjoy!
ReplyDeleteExcellent! :) I love living a quilter's life vicariously through those of you who ACTUALLY DO start and finish quilt projects. :D
ReplyDeleteWhat a great finish. I'm getting to love these white quilts with a flash of colour
ReplyDeleteHave fun working on your RRCB blocks, I confiscated my creme/white blocks for the August Scrap Challenge which worked out perfect for me.
ReplyDeleteI dream of having a frame so I can get my ever growing pile of finished tops and backs quilted. I don't have the money to pay anyone to do it right now either. Someday......
ReplyDeleteThat is pretty fabulous! Hope the RRCB is coming along today.
ReplyDeleteAh, the heady excitement of a new project!
