100 2.5 inch quarter square triangles. Almost half done. How cute are they? Now I need to vacuum, there are dog ears scattered over the house like confetti. Happy fabric confetti. Pop over to Bonnie's Blog to see the progress other people are making on Orca Bay.
No, still don't think I am game enough to get started - too much christmas sewing to do - but I shall enjoy watching yours come along.
ReplyDeleteLooks great so far! I am going to be on delay... and hopefully start once my training is done. I don't think the hubby would let me bring the sewing machine with us to the hotel room.... bummer.
ReplyDeleteI have 4!
ReplyDelete100 tiny pieces! Still too scary for this novice!
ReplyDeleteWay to go!! I don't think that I am going to get to the sewing part this week for the mystery, but I really want to try this one. :)
ReplyDeleteLove seeing that you and I both chose purples to replace Bonnie's blacks. :0) It'll be fun to see how your teals and pinks play together versus my greens and oranges.
ReplyDeleteLOVE the excitement of a Bonnie mystery!
Excellent start. I just picked up the black tonal at the post office today and hope to get going in the next couple of days.
ReplyDeleteWow...you speedy gonsalez (sp??)! 100 already?!? Looking great!
ReplyDeleteLooks great. I did mine using squares, didn't have the ruler and don't like sewing small triangles. Glad mine are all done !!!
ReplyDeleteI am not vacuuming until Wednesday...either I'll be completely finished or I'll have to stop for Thanksgiving.
ReplyDeleteI like the purple!!
ReplyDeleteThe purple is great. I can't wait to see your other colors.
ReplyDeleteThey look wonderful. I love the purple. I am using purple in mine too, but as my main color. It'll be fun to see how everyone's colors come together. I haven't seen an uggly "Bonnie" quilt yet, lol.
ReplyDeleteI love your purple. I'm at the same stage - about 100 blocks done, and hoping to find time to finish this week.
ReplyDeleteLove the purple!! I'm doing purple as black too!! And yes they are sooooo cute :)
ReplyDeleteLove the purples you are using.
ReplyDeleteYour purple units look great! Are you done with step 1?
