I am Such a Geek!
Bonnie Hunter is having a web cast. She is sewing borders for her Nearly Insane quilt. I am sewing crabapple blocks while watching her and chatting on Facebook with Andee and Amy. I am such an uber quilt geek!
There is nothing bad about being a geek. Moreover, I think that it really is a good thing. Such people always know a lot about computers and it's an extremely useful skill. I am not good at it, sadly. Even when I just needed to install an antivirus, I had to google which is better Avast or McAfee to make a decision.
I also feel like a complete jerk when it comes to creative work and writing academic papers. So when I was assigned to write a big dissertation I thought for a short time, opened the website of the copycrafter service and ordered there paper at a reasonable price.
RATS! I missed it!
