Just One Block
I am not starting a new quilt right now. I just wanted to try out one block to see how it would look. I think bright might be the right word. It will sure contrast nicely with the dark blue lattice strips.
What a great block. If you alternated the direction of the geese and placed the corner squares carefully you wouldn't need to bother with sashing and would get some great secondary patterns.
Looks lovely - I have actually made this quilt - well I have just 1 border to make and attach and it has been like this for months. Can you believe it ? Really need to at least finish the top xx
This is an awesome block for the quilt you aren't starting! Love it bright! And if it ever were to become a quilt project, blue lattice would be perfect!!
So glad you aren't starting a new project....funny how you got a sample block done before us other starters, lol. I can't wait to get back to mine...after SMM too!
Zowee! That is colourful. I love it. That block would make a wonderful quilt too!
