Actually they just walked around the block.
With an approximate loot of 5 pounds per child (Ryan wanted to weigh his for a contest at school)
3 very tired children collapsed into bed while their parents raided the candy stash.

Cute Halloween costumes. Pounds of candy. Raiding the candy stash after the kids go to bed :) You bring back wonderful memories.

ReplyDeleteHope you each raided and got the things you like! I was so excited that I had trick or treaters this year! I think they liked the jack-o-lanters that I finished carving around 4PM.... a bunch of parents were taking pics of their kids by them after they got their treats.
ReplyDeleteThey look ready for action. Their poor teeth though! I think Halloween is getting to be bigger in the UK, though I've never seen any children dressed up or going from door to door, I think it tends to be more Halloween parties.

It's amazing how much candy can be accumulated in such a short amount of time!
And I love all the school-related activities that were included in the festivities.
The costumes are great. DT decided she was too old to trick or treat so she handed out the candy. However, she accumulated quite a candy stash from her school party!
