ScrapHappy Saturday - Bright and Happy Pink
Pink is such a happy color. Especially hot pink. You may need to work in some other pinks to get enough contrast, but it is all about using the scraps you have after all.
I managed to get the right link hooked up this time!! This was a very nice easy block to make. Even so.... I cut all my pink squares 3" instead of 3.5". But I used them anyway and had to make a few more to get the length of the row.
It does help when the guild BOM is the "right" color and I win it! The top is in the queue to be quilted. The more people the more variety--especially helpful since I have few pink scraps. I was working hard to make one block.

ReplyDeleteI'm tickled pink by the progress of my blocks for this year's challenge. It's such fun to select the variety of prints in the selected color.
