I love summer. When it is OK to spend an entire day just sewing little zipper cases. I've been on a bit of a cleaning spree, and these little zipper cases are just perfect for all those charging cables and earbuds that nobody can ever seem to find when they need them. It isn't as if we don't have plenty. Hopefully they will be easier to find now.
Oh yeah, keeping up with all the charging cables is a chore. Looks like you found a very elegant solution to keep up with yours. My go to solution at the moment is Glad sandwich bags, not elegant, but functional.
ReplyDeleteA girl can't have enough zippered pouches!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful array of the zippered bags! The best thing is making them...and using them! lol
ReplyDeleteMy charging cord are jumbled up in a kitchen drawer. But I do use bread tags to identify which is which. I should really make some nice pouches for travel, though.
ReplyDeleteLike Kate, we use clear sandwich bags so we can see what is inside. I'm also prone to using a sharpie marker and writing the intended use on the bag (especially the larger gallon size ones that we use to store random cables and adapters). Your pouches are MUCH prettier!
ReplyDeleteThree cheers on all those cute but critical organizing aids.
ReplyDeleteI just love having a stash of zip bags for gifting. Here's my fav http://www.dogundermydesk.com/store/patterns/circle-zip-earbud-pouch-pdf-pattern/
ReplyDeleteForgot to say - I often insert some vinyl for see through appeal.
ReplyDeleteThose little zipper pouches are so cute and make good use of some of the bigger bits of fabric from larger projects.
ReplyDeleteDid you really sew 18 zipper pouches?!?! That's one way to use up scraps!!
ReplyDeletewhat a good idea I have my cables etc in a ox and they get so tangled up
