If you had asked, I would have told you that I scheduled a post to go out before I left for my trip. I would have been sure of it. I guess not! I've been away at Disney for our Academic Team State Competition. Its been a wild ride! The competition comes with park passes, so every minute not in a match has been spent on rides. We came over on Thursday, and it has been a whirlwind since then. So much so that knowing what day it was might have slipped my mind. I am so sorry for not having a scraphappy Saturday post up and ready to go. So call this a makeup ScrapHappy Sunday? I really am sorry.
Congrats of being with your team at DISNEY! How exciting. Good luck to your team. You are such an awesome teacher. Your students are so lucky. Don't sweat the Scrappy Saturday. We'll still come back!
ReplyDeleteNo worries! Glad you are enjoying your time there with the kids.
ReplyDeleteno problem- dont' worry about it! I'm just glad that everyone is ok- the last time your post was late anna (?) was hurt and you were in the ER! have fun!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a fun and busy bunch of days, Angela! We all need those kinds of times when we forget what day it is. Happy Sunday to you!
ReplyDeleteGlad you had such a fun time with your team. I hope they did well. It was a dull day here without you, but some faithful folks kept in touch. Have a restful Sunday.
ReplyDeleteNot to worry! Just glad there wasn't some awful emergency. Hope your team did well.
ReplyDeleteSounds like you are having a blast... ENJOY!
ReplyDeleteHey, no apologies necessary. You are doing a great job with this challenge and it is so much fun to see the new color each month. My blocks traveled with me to Texas this month and I took snapshots of them at the various places we visited. Check out the site and see if you can spot the block!
ReplyDeleteSo am I reading this color as Orange?
No apologies necessary. Life happens!! Here's hoping the competition went well.
ReplyDeleteOh gosh...not a problem...glad you had fun. I've had those scheduled posts revert to draft a couple of times, and I'm not sure if its me or Blogger.
ReplyDeleteGlad the delay was due to a FUN reason -- very happy to know that all is well.
ReplyDeleteNo need to apologize! Life is busy and fun and that's a great thing! Also, many of us regulars posted anyway and visited each other - what a great testament to the solidity and camaraderie of this group! Looking forward to seeing what color is in store for May.
ReplyDeleteNo worry, it is not a problem. I seems you had a lot of fun at Disney.
ReplyDeleteUh-hu!!
As a teacher I truly understand how you got side tracked from quilting. I hope your team did well at Disney and that your students will be confident for your AP exam coming up. You did warn us that you were going to be busy.
ReplyDeleteNo worries! I appreciate that you set it up each week, and the end of the year is insane! Have a good time.
ReplyDeleteI'd say we have to forgive you. You have done this weekly, without fail. and we are all hooked on the saturday link up. So blessings for showing that none of us are perfect. Happy Sunday.
ReplyDeleteNo problem!!! Glad your having fun with the kids at Disney! That's pretty exciting!
ReplyDeleteNot too worry. Time for fun away from stitching and blogging is also important. Glad to read it was a great few days.
ReplyDeleteOh! Angela don't sweat the small stuff. Even though quilting is an important part of our weekly (if not daily) routine, the Team is a priority in your life and I completely understand. I have always marveled at how you can accomplish so much and started to wonder if you did not possessed some divine powers. Welcome to the human realm, wink. ;^)
ReplyDeleteNot to worry! Glad it's a good reason for the delay - not that I have anything new on my blog for the link party anyway. ;-)
ReplyDeleteI am sure that everyone understands your situation. I am grateful that you continue to host this challenge every year considering all of the activities and responsibilities you have. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteNot an issue. Congratulations to your Team! You are an awesome teacher.
