ScrapHappy Saturday -- Welcome to Fall

I'm playing with mini log cabin blocks today.  I was originally thinking of grouping all the colors into groups of 4.  I think that is called sunshine and shadows.  But then I thought it would be fun to try this row setting - straight furrows.  Maybe barn raising would be more fun?  I printed some more of the paper piecing templates, so making more blocks can come before the making a decision part.  Share your progress using misterlinky below.

  12. That's one drawback to the fun of quilt making: all the decisions that can be made! So many options, so little time (or energy as the case may be).

  14. Log cabins are probably one of the best scrap busters. I haven't yet made one but I sure do admire them every time I see one. Yours is looking great!
