Final Countdown

Just two ScrapHappy Saturdays left in RSC2020.  Not to worry though, that means that in three Saturdays, we will be celebrating RSC2021.   I will work on a new button today and a new page for the new year.   I would love for everyone to share a summary of all of their 2020 finishes next week to inspire others for a new year of scrap busting and rainbow quilts.

I have just a few more nine patches to frame and I can web one more flimsy before the day is done.    How are your end of the year plans coming along?  I am starting to see so many fabulous quilts coming together magically at the end of the year.  I think that is my favorite part of the scrap challenge, pretty little blocks all year long, and then lots of great quilts at the end.

  1. Love that idea of sharing the finishes for the year..... also a wee bit dangerous as we will want to make all of them! Have a great weekend and thank you for hosting and inspiring us to use our scraps.

  4. I've got my RSC20 - Year in Review post ready to release, sans the final quilt. After years of participation in your scrappy program, I now prepare a template at the beginning of the year and add to it with each passing month. It SEW easy that way!

  5. I’m excited now to go back and look at what I’ve done this year for RSC. It’s always kind of surprising how much of my sewing during this year has focused on the monthly color or on rainbows of color.

  6. I'm looking forward to the RSC roundup. I sat out this year and need some inspiration for where to start in January. And, seriously, you have enough on your plate right now with getting through each teaching day. Ignore the calls for a RSC year long project. We can all manage for another year.

  7. I really haven’t seen very much at all this year. I think I have been stuck in limbo. No motivation at all. I blame it on not being with friends to share what we are doing. Just excuses really. Hopefully 2021 will be better.

  8. Can't wait to see all the new projects 2021 brings. I have a long, long WIP list. I may just start a new RSC project.

  9. My 2020 RSC Challenge efforts were pretty much a bust. Hopefully I can finish up a few of my older RSC projects next year.
