Test Post

I just learned that there is a new version of Blogger.  I must be totally out of the loop.  Maybe it is just that my bandwidth is full from so much time spent on tech support for distance learning.  I've been working on renewing my Google Educator Certification though, but I haven't gotten to part 2 yet, which is where Blogger lives.  I'm going to try adding a photo in now.

Well that was interesting, it wouldn't let me see the images.  I randomly chose this one of our Art teacher on Wildcat Challenge day.  That is our field day for juniors and seniors which happened right before what turned out to be our last day of physical school for this year.  Obviously randomly choosing photos isn't ideal.  I'll try again.
It went better this time.  I tried "upload from computer" instead of photos.  This might take a bit of adjustment.

I haven't tried the new version yet, putting it off and urying my head in the sand!

I just heard about the changes last week. I haven't tried it yet. I'm not tech savvy. So far, I haven't heard anything good about the changes, just frustrations from bloggers. Good luck.

I have just been writing my Saturday post using it. My biggest frustration is that it doesn't work on my tablet, so I had to use the desktop computer, which isn't as convenient as the tablet. Otherwise I was able to figure everything out for a post. Good luck - we'll all have to help each other out!

Just when we all think we have it figured out it changes again.

Me Too! The first I knew of it was when people started complaining about it! Good luck. xx

There's a learning curve, for sure! The NEW Blogger takes some getting used to, but everything is there. The challenge is discovering where they've hidden the features we use!

My advice -- just click on anything that doesn't move! Three dots can lead you to a lot of options. I still haven't found an easy way to load photos, though. I'm using the "upload" option, too. Please educate us all if you learn something in your re-certification process.

I have been struggling to learn the new blogger and cannot for the life of me figure out why this big change is not accompanied by resources for the users. If you happen to find some information, please post it for us. You did well to get 2 photos posted that aren't on top of text! Good job!

I haven't had much luck - the photo thing is a real problem, especially for a quilt blog. I can't resize or insert. I like the look of the dashboard, but the rest is a problem

Saw new blogger and switched back to classic. Apparently, they didn't get feedback from longtime bloggers on their site.

How did you like the new format? I did not care for it, so immediately switched back to the legacy format... I want to stay with it for another 10 years.. haha!
