Enjoy your stitching time. Does it make the traffic issue less annoying? We spent 40 minutes in traffic due to an accident on the turnpike on our way home. No stitching for me, it was dark.
I wish I could sew in the car, but it makes me feel queasy, so I knit instead. I'm on the first of a pair of socks at the moment, I don't knit at any other time, so it could be a while before I get to wear the socks.
