Thanksgiving Eve

It is the day before the turkey festivities and we are on the road again. With just 4 empty spots on the Midget wall I spent some time last night prepping the first batch of rainbow scrap challenge dear Jane blocks in case I run out of stitching. I am looking forward to having some quiet time in the car to get lots done.

Safe travels to you! I am planning a hand work project for next year's RSC - the orange peel pattern. colored backgrounds each month with cream peels. I can't wait to start it and then see what it looks like next December.

Safe travels my friend!
You know what I think you should do?
I think you should make a photo book to go with this quilt...with all the great photos you took of each block. It would be like a historical document and a family memory book too!

Love this one, and love getting stuff done on the road (I graded papers!--this is way more fun!)
