ScrapHappy Saturday -- Ready for Summer!!!!

Today feels to me like the first day of summer vacation.  Technically, school ended Tuesday and Wednesday was post planning, but then I was presenting at a conference on Thursday and Friday I started moving classrooms.  Today there is nothing though, but me and my sewing machine.  I had so much fun with these string blocks, that I think I will start there.  What are you up to today?   Misterlinky is below, please share with us all.

Our last day was Monday, teachers worked through Friday. Four friends retiring this year. Next year will be sooo different. Happy sewing Saturday!

sewing has slowed WAY WAY down for me, but I can still sneak in bits here and there. excited to work with my greens for the geese.... maybe this week I can pull all my konas. quick question: someone (I forget who) has the rows for the RSC16 sampler EQ'd out on her blog. is she just guessing? where can we find that, so we know where the individual color rows go? just wondering....

I hope you have a chance to sew yourself silly today. School let out Thursday, but this really feels like our first day of break too!

I plan to sew this morning and we have out of town friends dropping by for a visit this afternoon -- great way to spend today. I'm sharing two links this week - one for my final green post and the other for an RSC finish. Enjoy the end of the school year!

I enjoy reading your Saturday linky party! I linked today but see my full name is there. How do I change that to the name of my blog?

Enjoy your summer vacation, hope you have lots of time for stitching this summer. The string blocks are so colorful, it's going to be another beautiful scrap quilt when you are all done.
