Scrap Happy Saturday -- Now in Purple

We are out of town for the weekend to visit Mom and I have completely neglected Scrap Happy Saturday.  I had a scheduled a post ready to have it ready to go, but somehow it didn't make it.  Sorry about that.  The new color of the month, as some have guessed, is purple.  Think spring flowers, crocuses, irises, tulips.   For now, feel free to post a round up of your green projects from last month.  I meant to post a separate Rainbow Roundup link yesterday, but the days have a way of blending together when you are out of town.

This is my daughter's favorite color. I think I might even have some purple scraps. Can't wait to get started. Hope your mom is doing okay. Hugs

I love purple and know I have some scraps on hand. Plus my friend did and all purple quilt once and I know she'd give up some of her leftovers!

Sorry for getting antsy about the color announcement ... once a friend pointed out the new purple color scheme on your blog, I pulled out my scraps and I was OK ;-)

Thank you. I thought it would be yellow or purple.

This will be a challenge for me as I don't have a lot of purple scraps..I thought the colour was going to be yellow (Easter) or green for Spring...Looking forward to see what everyone comes up with.Best wishes for your mom.

I have only my side in purple, and the last thing done in green, I hope you like it.
I have this little purple, I'll see I do with this little I have.
Hugs and mom's speedy recovery

I have some serious catch up playing to do this month. If I can swing it at all I have a purple row by row UFO I've had in my cabinet since the late 90s!!! yep that is right!!! It HAS to be done! But for now I still need to finish the red scrappy quilt and the green scrappy quilt top. I will still participate but will be probably working on the last few months colours!!! lol

Not to mention, William and I have about 5 more 1st year birthday parties to attend from our playgroup and I have to plan his own party for the end of the month. This will be a busy busy month!!!! I hope to get a little start on that purple row by row before the month is out!!!

WoW, this is a surprise! I was thinking surly it would be yellow. OK, I can handle it. The roundup sounds good.
