All of the blocks for Orca (Flamingo) Bay are officially done and ironed! I got the last of the geese units sewn today and then went on a big ironing marathon. My design wall isn't big enough to hold the entire quilt at one time, I think I'll take over some floor space in the morning and put all the pieces together. I feel like it has been ages since I've finished anything. The border is still looming, but I'll feel lots better when the rest of the top is complete. For tonight though, I reserved two redbox movies and dinner is just finished with the dishwasher doing its thing.

Gorgeous! I am wishing for some mega sewing time to get mine finished too. I did manage to finish the lil sting blocks.
it looks gorgeous - love your colours!
That is turning out great! Beautiful. :o)
Oh my! Oh wow! Spectacular!
I think I like your colors better than mine! It's beautiful!
Congratulations! Your quilt is just beautiful - I love your color choices!!!! You deserve a dinner-and-movie night!
Your design wall looks absolutely fabulous! I have to find some time to get working on mine again.
Stunning! I had such a good time with mine and anxious to see everyone's. Have you chosen a quilting pattern?
Angela, your Orca (flamingo) Bay is fabulous! You inspire me to perhaps continue with mine one day instead of changing course. It is a marathon of a project. Elly
Wonderful job, Angela! You seem to have done yours more in blocks, while I did rows or strips. I've finished 10 of 17 now...and it's filled the width of my design wall and down to the floor. Going to do the next 7 rows in a separate section and join the two. May it turn out as beautifully as yours!
Very Florida-ey colors! :0) Love it!
note: 3rd "blue string" row down, 4th blue string from the left......hard to tell from picture, but it looks to be angling incorrect direction. Since my 3-hour ripping session, I look closely at all pictures now; wouldn't want anyone else need to rip/rip/rip :0)
wow, I love it! You really made super-duper progress!!!
