Rainbow Scrap Saturday still PINK

I'm not sure how much time I'll have to sew this weekend.  Kurt is headed off to pick up his parents at the airport around lunch time.  So far I've spent my morning putting things away which is the opposite of what I would need to do to accomplish something.  I've even stuffed all the pink scraps back into their jar, though I haven't found the lid yet, so some may jump out again if there is time.  The laundry room is still pristine, the study is starting to look functional, sometimes I wonder why the house can't be this way all the time.  Use the linky below to share your own creations and projects so that I might live vicariously through all the people not getting ready for company and vacations.

Laundry room still clean... That never happens at my house! Have fun and hope you get a few minutes to sew today.

"I wonder why the house can't be this way all the time" I ask myself this question all the time. Seems like you clean up and then before you know it's groundhog day and you're doing the same thing again...
I love your little scrap jars. What is the largest size of scrap that goes into these jars?
Enjoy the company of your in-laws!

Wow, a clean laundry-wonder what that's like?

Laundry seems to just breed at our house, so it would be a miracle if the laundry room would ever remain clean. Hope you find some time to play with fabric in the next few days.

I just wish I could discipline my scraps into lovely jars - they all have to share a plastic bag or two - stuffed out of the way because we are very short of space ! Hope you enjoy your weekend, and get some sewing done too !

Have fun with company. I am away this week without any sewing planned. Maybe a fabric shopping trip will happen.

Well I only have one quarter of my circle done so far, but I am still hoping to finish it by Friday!

Love your pretty colourful jars. I wish my house could stay clean, actually I wish others in my house could see what needs to be tidied, but I don't think it's even on their radar.
