The brown sampler blocks for this month are finished along with the alternate blocks. I will work on the tutorials this afternoon, though I am sure I can find some other fun projects to occupy me now that I am back home again. Cindy, at Delighted Hands wins the brown fabric for October. Thanks to everyone for joining in. There will be one more drawing next month to finish up the challenge

Enjoy your stitching time this afternoon. It always feels so good to be home after a week away.
Yippee! I seriously thought about leaving the brown out...not now!
So beautiful!
Back home in your sewing room, always a good feeling. Lots of pretty brown/mocha/chocolate pictures here to look at and be inspired by.
Brown blocks can create such a warm feeling! I only made a couple but made good progress on my scrappy Parts Dept. quilt top. :D
Congratulations to Cindy the happy winner! Thanks for the party!
I finished off mid blues and yellow - the little brown I have is only the background to other colours. The one proper brown one is in a tumbler quilt WIP! Still I am tempted to buy some after seeing your blocks and other peoples work too
