This morning I plan to work on turning some little 16 patch blocks into postage stamp stars. Two sets of star points are ready to go and two more are cut out. I think that is when I ran out of background fabric the last time I was working on it. I am sure there is more lime green somewhere to make some more star points. The lime makes me smile - so bright and happy.
How about you? Lots of lime to share? Mister Linky is below for one and all.

Enjoy your sewing this weekend :)
Have a great day in the sewing room! Looks like a good start!
Love the bright lime/neon greens . . .
Lime green is a very happy color, but I don't have much of it in my stash. Your blocks are looking great. Hope you get in some long stretches of stitching time this weekend.
Love the postage stamp stars, love lime green = win! win!
I have finished up on my lime greens for this month, but Mr. tiger Cat wanted to drop in just to say "hi" ;--))) hugs, Julierose
I hope you manage to finish those blocks soon. Have a good sewing weekend.
Lots of lovely greens again this week, can't believe this is the last month for block making - where has the year gone?? Busy now thinking about RSC2016.
These postage stamp stars are addictive! (And thank goodness, I needed something to focus my attention on today.)
My most recent finish -- this morning!! -- included lime green. I thought the first place to brag about it is here.
Lime is such a cheerful colour and we need all the cheer we can get after the events of this weekend. Thanks for hosting this lovely link-up
Those colors just make me happy!!!
It's fun to see what everyone is making with their lime scraps - a wide variety. Almost no lime green scraps here.
Is there a tutorial for these scrappy stars? Or did you just improvise?
I am making donation quilts and thought these would be perfect in red, white and blue quilts for VA Nursing Home lap quilts.
Thanks.
