My mug rug is currently just a quilt-let top ... but I wanted to post it in-progress because of the happy coincidence that I featured a string-pieced heart block.
I've finished the second of 2 fraternal twins quilts (they came from the same set of blocks but don't look alike!). My blog describes the third quilt that has already been donated, so I guess they were really triplets. Thanks for the challenge that has gotten me scrap happy!
I've had time to get started on my blue scrap challenge this Saturday and so I posted my efforts. Both my ideas need further development, so I'll probably make updates later in January. It has been lots of fun seeing other blue ideas today when I visited other quilt blogs.
I think this might have to be an annual challenge as since starting this one I have come to understand that I have fifteen (YES 15!!)years of scraps to use up AGGHH and, believe it or not, some of those lived in America with me, moved back here to Sydney and even moved house one more time so they are very well travelled scraps! Almost as old as my sons!
I have posted a link to my first Blue finish. It is for my sister after I do the workshop with my Scrap Bag quilting friends. I am enjoying seeing other people's projects. Thanks for taking this project.
I tried to do Mr Linky but wasn't successful. I DID do my blue challenge for January however. It was a Snowman in My Cabin mini hanging. Do we have a color for February? And March is coming up!

Can I play again this week?
Thanks for hosting this challenge, it's so much fun. I don't have a lot of progress to report but I have finally made a start :)
I´ve tried it this week. And I worked two little Mug Rugs. Thanks for starting this Challenge.
I finally got those mug rugs finished. Thanks so much for the inspiration and motivation.

I also posted some more blue scrappy stars.

Well, yesterday's scrap work wasn't blue for me, but it was definitely scrappy, so I'm linking up anyway, lol.

My blue scrappy project has taken a turn to be continued.
I'm late posting but I have been working on my challenge.
Thanks!
