New Washer AND Dryer!

It was at the end of last weekend when my dryer stopped blowing hot air.  The washer had been acting funny for a while but hadn't given up the ghost completely yet.  The very nice men from Lowe's just left after setting up my brand new high capacity front loaders.  Guess what I'll be doing for the rest of the day?  I know that there have been a lot of advances in laundry technology since I got mine soon after moving to Florida.  I think I'd better read the manual.  I'm thinking of making a counter top of sorts to set along the top to use for ironing and folding.  Kurt had the kids make me a new PVC hamper to slide under the counter.  I just need to make a muslin liner for it and I'll be all set.

What an awesome set! Hope they work well for you. Nothing worse than not having a working washer or dryer. It will be nice to have extra space on top.

I hate to say that something that you have to work with is "pretty"...but they are. There are sure a lot of buttons on them!!! Glad you finally got them.

Well, good golly Miss Molly! I know what it's like to get a new "toy"---you want to wash every single thing in sight. Therefore......tell ya what, I'll ship all my laundry down your way for you to enjoy and break in your new toys!!! :0)

They sure are purdy ma'am!

Gosh, those look space-agey! It'll be great to have something so up-to-date after just hanging on for a while.
