I knew that boxed in block would look good in blacks and batiks! I still think it will also look good in red and white, so I might well try it that way, too...
Although I DID play with scraps today, I can't share yet because I was working on sample blocks and directions for the Feburary block lotto. Last night (and this morning), I started a stash=busting class. I decided to FINALLY cut some feedsacks I've collected. I think they are going to make a great scrap quilt.
Hi Angela I got a good start on my scrappy blue string quilt today so I posted photos and added my name to your link. Thanks for hosting this challenge.
Yesterday was super fun, going by cutting and linking the various parts in blue ... and then more racing .... this is my first quilt and I like how the process, progress ... Thank you ...
I posted my blue block :) I tried out free motion quilting for the first time last night, it's kind of a crazy mess of thread squiggles but I had so much fun! Thanks for making this challenge :)

I left my link for you. I just made two blue blocks, my goal is to make a colourful quilt by the end of the year.

Posted my link showcasing my completed blue projects. Can't wait to see what next months color is.
Finally got some time to play with my blue fabrics! Thanks for the inspiration to get this done in January instead of June!
Hi,
a tiny little blue thing (quilt?) today from me and my daughter. Very crooked, but I like it.
A nice weekend to you.
Oops, sorry Angela I managed to leave a link to last weeks post by mistake. Are you able to delete no 10 from the linky list?
my new link leads to the post about my blue scrappy progress. This is really fun. Thank you for thinking of the idea.
